At Boast Leotards, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep you coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If your return is due to an error on our part, we will give you full credit, replacement, or refund. If the return is due to an error on your part, or you have changed your mind, and the garment is in UNWORN, re-saleable condition, you only have to pay the re-shipping costs. Please keep the hygiene sticker on your leotard and try on with underwear.  Please do not remove the sticker until you are completely satisfied with the style and fit. 


NOTE: Custom garments are NOT RETURNABLE, as they have been made just for you!

Boast Leotards Limited abide by, and exceeds, UK Distance Selling regulations

This does not affect a customers statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods.*

*Faulty goods may be returned at any time up to 30 days from the date of purchase and thereafter at the discretion of Boast Leotards Limited. Postage will be refunded to the price of a second class signed for large letter.

International Faulty Goods  

Please contact us before sending back the faulty item Boast Leotards Limited cannot refund postage for international returns without prior agreement. 

In the rare occasion that stones or sequins have fallen off we do not class this as a faulty item and we will fix them where possible and return the garment to you.  All postage will be refunded to the price of a second class signed for large letter. 

NOTES: Pilling may occur on polytek and subfuse sublimated fabrics when it comes in contact with any rough surface. Examples are mats, grips, floor mats, etc. The back/bottom area of the garment tends to pill easier than other areas. Unfortunately this is an issue we cannot avoid due to the nature of the fabric. Boast Leotards will not be responsible for replacing or repairing your garment if pilling occurs.

Custom Items

All custom items are exactly that, custom made for you in your chosen style, colour and size therefore cannot be returned unless faulty.

Personalised Items

Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I return something if I need to?

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending all items back to us . This means that if your parcel is lost in the post, you will be able to claim from the carrier responsible for your parcel. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then we will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.

All international exchanges will be treated as a new order.  The value of the item excluding postage will be refunded to you.  Please re-order via the website or contact us so that we can send you an electronic invoice.

Order Changes/Additions/Cancellations
Before ordering please check your order carefully including the size.  Any changes or additions made after placing an order will be treated as a new order.  Changes, additions or cancellations cannot be made to special orders already in production.  

Washing Instructions

  • DO only use very mild liquid detergent.

  • DO machine wash individually on a delicate cycle using cold water.

  • DO place garment inside out in a large volume of water.

  • DO remove your garment immediately from the washer.

  • DO lay flat to dry.

  • DO NOT tumble dry.

  • DO NOT hand wash.

  • DO NOT use granular detergents, bleach or liquid fabric softener.

  • DO NOT use dryer sheets.

  • DO NOT leave in direct sunlight to dry as this will cause fading of the fabric

*OZONE recommends Ivory Snow Liquid detergent.

*Note that fashion fabrics used in some leotards will fade with repeated or incorrect washing.

*Fashion Fabric Fading, combined with fabric manufacturing processes can also be accelerated by perspiration, antiperspirants, hair spray, friction contact and other factors beyond OZONE’s control.

Boast leotards will not guarantee any garment that is not washed and dried as directed. If you choose to combine sensitive fabrics and colours, it is at your own risk. OZONE may refuse returns on special orders in those combinations.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are Valid for 12 Months from the date of purchase and only redeemable at  Gift certificates are non refundable or exchangeable to cash.  To redeem your Gift Certificate you will need to enter the PIN number which was sent in a separate email into the discount code area of checkout.  PIN numbers are sent during office hours only.
